As the Senior UX Designer for the AVI GO project, a B2B-oriented chatbot powered by Watson AI technology, I collaborated closely with the client Cognitiva to create a user-friendly and efficient chatbot dashboard for the Latino American market. AVI GO aims to provide companies with automated user assistants for their feedback channels, including the main website, Facebook, and WhatsApp, without requiring heavy investments in AI technology.
